Any politician can make promises. Peter Olaoluwa made deliveries — before any campaign, before any election, before any title beyond "General Chairman" of a community in Ibadan.
Between 2020 and 2023, Peter served as the elected General Chairman of Ifesowapọ (Celica) Community, Egbeda Local Government, Ibadan along New Ife Road. The community is divided into 11 zones, each with its own chairman and executive — all reporting to Peter as General Chairman.
In that tenure, without access to state government funds, without patronage, and without political leverage, he applied the same financial discipline and community-first instinct that defines his entire career — and delivered six tangible infrastructure projects that still serve the community today.
This is not a talking point. It is a template. What he did for one community, he will do for all 33 LGAs of Oyo State.
Peter's governance of Ifesowapọ Community was not top-down. He implemented a structured, committee-based system that gave every zone a voice — and a chain of accountability. This is the model he will scale to state level as Governor.
Peter's commitment to community development extends beyond his elected roles. The Peter Olaoluwa Foundation (POF) is a registered charity outfit — separate from this campaign — dedicated to helping the helpless and providing selfless service to humanity across Nigeria.
POF's scholarship programme, welfare interventions, and community development work are a direct reflection of the values that drive Peter's political ambition. The foundation is not a political platform — it is proof of a consistent, decades-long commitment to service that predates any electoral aspiration.
